Browser auto closing

My sales person is newly using Windows 10 and has been trying to access the company webmail. Everytime she logs in and tries to click an email, it logs her out.

The hosting company says it's nothing on their side and I've checked all settings for the email. It works on all other operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 8.1) and it works on her smart phone. But on Windows 10 it doesn't allow it.

Is this a security system that logs out cookies or sessions within a certain time frame? Thanks

YOu don't mention which browser the sales person is using to access their / your company webmail, but.....
Perhaps, especially if it is Edge, you may want to recommend that they try an alternate browser, even Internet Explorer (Start Button -> Windows Accessories -> Internet Explorer might behave better.
