I assume that your problem is "signing in" to your Windows 10 computer??
Do you have another account on the system?
Is the account having problems a local account or a Microsoft account?
At what point did the problem first happen? Were you upgrading or updating?
Do you see an extra icon on the sign-in screen that might allow you to choose an optional language / keyboard layout?
Are you getting an error? Incorrect password? Have you changed your password recently?
