'MOM.implementation' Message

On boot-up, I have within the last few days started getting the message ...

“Could not load file or assembly MOM.implementation or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.”

What does this message mean? What am I supposed to do about it?

I haven't either. I used to get this on an old system that had a radeon hd4670 in it. That was on Windows 7.

Would that apply to a Radeon HD 6490M video card?
(I'm out of my depth with the kind of fix the link is suggesting.)

Video card is Radeon HD 6490M. Is that an AMD?

Yes it is AMD. It's their mobile graphics card.
