Problems With Boost_thread.dll And My Graphics Card

hi anyone
if you can I cant download anything as an error message comes up with boost_thread.dll can't be found...does anyone know how to rectify this problem and secondly. Ever since I'll downloaded the windows 10 I've have problems with another error message coming up with your one of your grahics card doesn't work and I've tried to fix it with no prevail. In truth I did find windows 8 ok and everything worked fine as well

hope someone could help me as I search on for answers

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Just performed a search of my C drive for any file starting with 'boost' and nothing showed up, so I'm guessing here, but.... it wouldn't seem to be a file that is native to Windows 10 or any common programs at least none that I have installed.
Are you using any download manager or network manager software?

If it happens only during download, perhaps it is related to some internet boosting utility. You might check the Event Viewer to see an any error/warning or possibly info messages show up around the time you get the error.
