SOLVED Windows close suddenly when moving another window

If there are two windows open and I move one with the mouse, the other one closes. When moving the original windows around more, the disappeared one often comes back (its program did not exit)--but sometimes stays closed. Same behavior if I try opening a window that has been closed. If I have many windows open, it is almost like [Show Desktop], all the windows close except that the one I am fiddling with..
- I have Windows 10x64 Home. HP Pavilion.
