As I type two or three ghost words appear above what I’m typing which disappear if I attempt to copy or use Snip to capture them and they confuse me. Can someone please tell me how to dump that facility.

I have a file explorer folder with 50 documents and Emails and I would like to use a Tag to more readily the important ones as I have been able to with my Emails. Is this possible?
