    Chrome and Firefox do not work in Windows 10

    After I upgraded my Samsung laptop from Win 8.1 to Win 10, Chrome and Firefox have stopped working. Only the browser EDGE bundled with Win 10 is working. Can somebody suggest how to solve this problem?

    Windows 10 32 bit version

    I am at present running Windows 8.1 32 bit version. When I get my free upgrade to Windows 10 which I have already reserved, I want that 32 bit version of Windows 10 should only be installed and not 64 bit version. Am I right in assuming that this will be taken care of automatically by Microsoft ?
