    4Gb RAM Installation

    Checked the BIOS and "optimised default" is enabled, being "UEFI" as opposed to the other option being "Legacy". Disconnected CMOS battery for ten minutes and reconnected. Still obtained the same results............Additional RAM not recognized !!!!!!!! Regards, John P.
