    Thanks Bastet, I followed the steps you suggested, when I open “Filter Rules” I see “E-mail Filter Rules” and “Add New Rule” below that is “Blacklist”. There does not appear to be an option to insert your single filter :- Sent Date Lower 04/10/2020 File into Spam How would I do this...

    Hello Bastet, I am using Firefox with Yahoo and Virgin Blueyonder, they both have an option to Block, and I have done this a dozen or so times, however, when I look at the originator I see that the address has changed slightly, I can't keep up, I'm finding it easier to just delete them..

    Its all a bit complicated to me, I wouldn't know where to start concerning rules, as I said, perhaps its something I must live with for the time being.

    Thank you all, Wolfie, I did remove Norton after it lapsed the trial. I have checked the "From" address and as you say Bastet, they are not the Norton addresses, I suppose it is something I will have to live with?.

    Hello, I am replacing my 11 year old Laptop. i have Windows 10 installed at the moment My new Laptop has Windows 10 S installed. Can I remove windows 10 S and replace it with my existing Win. 10 as I will be disposing of the old Laptop. If I can do this, any advice please? Thank you
