Except it's for phones and even then you can't really get it, if your phone has been participating in the Windows 10 Insider Program up till now.
Seems there is an upgrade bug and if you are currently running 10080 (the latest 10 mobile build) it will not upgrade to 10136. You have to revert your phone all the way back to Windows 8.1 in order to get the update.

This is just getting stupid.
