2-questions regarding Windows 10 Startup

1. I understand that most people prefer to go right to their Desktop as I have it now. However, how/can I change in back to having my Start Screen open upon startup?

2. I researched & found how to Disabled the Log In Screen. At some later point (if need be) can this be reversible?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you experimented with toggling back and forth between Tablet Mode (on and off) if that is an option it may give you the desired results.
