1. Why are users required to have a MS account to submit questions/comment into the Feedback Hub app?

2. Why does using the MS account with even one MS app convert/map the local account to that MS account?

3. Is there a URL that can show the pros/cons between the use of an MS account vs a local account?

Well, it appears I can submit feedback I enter but I can not track once entered unless I "sign in" with a MS account.
