3D Builder -- How to expand a part?

Is there any way to pull or otherwise expand a part? For example, let's say I have a cylinder that is 10mm in dia and 20mm long. I want to make it 30mm long. How can I select the cylinder and "pull" on one end to expand it another 10mm?

Hi,

I don't use it but you might get lucky on YouTube as there are many vids there. :)
