SOLVED Adding blueyonder email account

I have been trying unsuccessfully to add my blueyonder email account on mail. I get the error message each time saying that my blueyonder settings are out of date. Any help gratefully received as I use this account on all other devices, including my Mac.

When you say 'mail' are you meaning the Windows 10 Mail app?

What domain are you using for Blueyonder Their UK one or somewhere else?

Advanced Settings

Internet email

Account Name - Blueyonder

Your Name

Incoming email server - imap4.blueyonder.co.uk:993

Account type - IMAP4

Email address - your email name & address

User name - the name that will appear on your emails

Password - your password

Outgoing (SMTP) email server - smtp.blueyonder.co.uk:465

all 4 blue boxes automatically checked
