Can you use the computer in such condition ?

Font color is yellow.
Very hard to look at and read , unable to read where boxes are blue.
Can't use task in google maps.
My desktop was Windows 7 and received offer to upgrade to Windows 10, worked fine at first then last week screen changed by itself , emails changed , can't open excell

Can you do the followings ?.........................

RIGHT click at the Start button > click "Shut down or sign out" > a popup box will appear, Restart is one of the options.
Press Shift key and hold > click Restart > wait > click Troubleshoot > click Reset this PC > follow the prompts from then on.............

 

[Trouble]

Typically when you are getting something like a black screen with yellow fonts you may be looking at a "high contrast" screen.
Perhaps take a look at the theme you are using or check control panel ease of access settings and make sure you are not using something like "Make the computer easier to see" High Contrast.
