All of my running applications stop using my CPU, I have task manager open and i'm playing portal 2 (or any game) and it goes from using 15% of my CPU to using like 3% and lags like hell during that time period of 10-15 seconds and its the same with any app i've got running, I have had this for a while now but its got worse: the lag spikes became longer, More lag, and more frequently. It now happens every 5-10 seconds or so and is really annoying
Please help me i've not seen this problem anywhere else on any forums
