All games Lag in Win 10

I upgraded from Win 8 to Win 10 and all of the games I tried now lag.

- World of Tanks, at the principal interface it comes to a near dead stop, the mouse lags by about 2 seconds and the graphics int eh background are dead slow. The game is unplayable of course

- Just Cause 2 is slow
- Installed Shadows of Mordor and it lags as well
- State of Decay is toast, comes up with a graphics card error. (I suppose I can reinstall)

Could it be a firewall issue?

Hmm, I think that it is that the OS does not recognize the video card, will try to figure this out.

Could you tell us your GPU model please? Also i would like to know if it is NVIDIA, if you have Geforce Experience installed and the latest drivers.

using a nvidia 940 m(2gb)- withvthe latest drivers yet the problem continued..... need help
