SOLVED Any way to turn off the MS popups?

I've been getting what I call pop ups that slide in from the side edges asking how likely I would recommend win10 or similar type & most seem to be twitter...which I have no act for & also no use.
Is there some way to disable such messages?

Settings -> System -> Notifications & actions
I think you can turn them off, at least most of them in there.
Maybe experiment a bit and let us know.
