App issue from update KB4034674

I have been having an ongoing issue since the security update KB4034674 where it stops most apps from opening. Any games and most programs will not work with various error messages coming up.

Is there a known fix for this issue? I have just been uninstalling the update but i automatically reinstalls in a few days, recently however i had an issue when uninstalling and now it will not uninstall so I'm stuck.

Any advice?
