Apple iTunes Podcast Update fails on most podcasts

OS Windows 10 Pro (64) 1909 February Updates on Dell 8930 gets an unknown
error (recently) on attempts to refresh most podcasts that it previously updated
perfectly. It also gets an unknown error when connecting to the Apple Store.

Does anybody have a similar problem?

I don't use it so might I suggest you search Apple's community as you may get more luck there?:
