    I would love to remove Quick Access from my folders, Bing as my search engine, and organize Favorites in Edge. Basically, I would love to modify Windows 10 so that it fits the way I work and think. However, when I Google forums to find ways to do so, I can't follow the forum directions. My version of 10 doesn't have the options/buttons/etc these forums say exist. Are there different versions of 10? Mine is from the free update. Is there a better version out there?

    If you downloaded the free version you would have got like for like .
    There are many ways to customize it to the way that suites you { mostly.}
    I have found the W 10 start menu a bit messy so have installed.

    To be honest i would leave things much as they are as the new big build { Redstone.} is due in just over 2 weeks

    I agree. Wait for the new version which will arrive as a big update August 2nd or sometime in the next week or two.

    Quick access you could do immediately. File explorer -> view ->Options-> Change folder and view -> set to This PC. That will look more like W7
