So when I'm trying to log on, my computer does the whole automatic repair thing, but constantly loops. Now, I know this has been notified before, even for windows ten, but it seems I just can't fix it. All the solutions on the articles I've seen don't seem to work .Please help.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Boot your computer from the installation media.

The installation media can be obtain through either of these two resources.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
OR
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, either of which you can use to boot your computer.

Use the Repair Your PC link on the second page after booting and try using some of the Advanced Troubleshooting options available.
You could try a restore point or worse case a reset.
You should probably make every attempt to backup any critical data that is on the disk before going forward.

Okay so I downloaded the file onto my USB stick, and then I clicked on the Use a device option, but I have no idea which thing to click .

The object is not to download the ISO to a USB Device but to make the USB device bootable by using Rufus or by using ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD which would also be bootable.

Hi Gamerx, recently I faced these types of problem, and banged my head all the time to see this. When I search on the internet, I found a site Sisytek.com, and contacted them, they repair my computer and now my computer working well and not faced any problem after that. I suggest you, contact them, they will help you. Thanks.

Hi All,

I've got the same issue going on, when I start I get the Preparing to Repair message with the spinning balls icon but it just spins and never finishes. I've created the USB w/the installation media and I've gone into the BIOS on startup to boot from the USB but I'm only getting the spinning balls icon at the middle bottom of my screen. It is not taking me to any page with any options to repair or install. This behavior sounds different from all of the posts I've read.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Tom
