I have an issue with s-l-o-w responses AND hanging/freezing. On the last occasion (when 'nothing' was happening) I could not even bring up Shutdown/Restart option. So eventually chose to brutally Power off. Powered up, and still blank response, so tried again. On third attempt the message (approximately) - updating Windows, do not power off - was displayed. A little bit late to tell me this!!
