Backup date not updating

I am using Windows built-in backup utility through

Settings > Backup > More alternatives...

There I have added a NAS storage location to put my backup in. The backup seems to work fine for both accounts that I have on Windows 10. However, the time for last backup only works in one account. Is this a known Windows bug or can I make it work in some way? If it is not a known bug, how do I report bugs to Microsoft?
