SOLVED Battery Saver

The automatic notice has stopped flashing when the battery needs recharging and then the computer shuts down. Have checked battery settings and all show 'on'. How can the notices be recovered?

Walter I would first check Settings and make sure Notifications from apps and other senders is turned "ON"

Have checked the settings for APPS and it was 'OFF'. Now waiting to see the result!

Still having trouble with the battery recharge notice not advising to recharge and closing the computer.
Is there some checks I can try?

Walter Sorry I'm at a loss It could be related to the MS updates, many people have had problems of late with missing icons...
One more shot, you may have been here? Try this link from MS Community. Its for Win 7 but it may help?

Hi Norton,
Many thanks again, your last suggestion has worked and I now have a "LOW BATTERY NOTIFICATION"
Have saved the instructions just in case Microsoft do another update that does the same.
