IF device manager is not indicating any Bluetooth devices, that would suggest that Windows does not believe that your computer is equipped with Bluetooth.
Can you provide some information about your computer....
Manufacturer Name, Model Name, Model number (complete model number)?
Do you have reason to believe that your computer natively supports Bluetooth connectivity? Have you added that capability aftermarket?

The drivers are normally listed in Device Manager up near the top of the listing. But as Trouble mentions, some info on your system may help.

There is another thread on Bluetooth which may be in the Hardware section.

My memory is not what it was. I used a Bluetooth dongle when I had Win 7.
I checked my Gigabyte motherboard and it doesn't come with Bluetooth.
Sorry about wasting your time.

You are not wasting time so no problem but the dongle should work correctly. There have been certain devices in the past which had problems with the newer OSes, so if you can't find a driver you may want to try another dongle. There are not expensive.
