BSOD Family Security CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

With windows 10, I added accounts for all my kids and used the family security via Microsoft to set their available times and how much time to use the computer.

However, when the time is over the limit and my son tries to log back in, it give us the BSOD with error code CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.

Any help would be much appreciated
