If I had to deal with these issues, I would not find them funny. I guess what I find the most hilarious is a company such as Microsoft letting this happen.

I can't imagine why they let themselves go so much. This is extremely unprofessional of them! Something I would not have expected from a company that can afford to do things correctly the first time. It's almost as if they are tired of being as popular as they are, and begging to be overtaken.

That came from the Microsoft announcement of new mobile preview.
Have a look again at your 2nd link you posted.

Yes I know. I read it.
But again...... we heard it before and then a build comes along with the same bug as before.
Like now, they've supposedly fixed the previous build bug so you don't have to go back to 8 to upgrade to it.
And it'll presumably be fixed in an upcoming build as well, and then another build will come along with the same bug.
