currently installing at 77%..

Downloaded and installed.

You may need to restart your computer after it gets back to lock screen as in my case my Main User Account appeared twice on the logon page, while built-in Admin and another standard account I use for testing, both were unaffected.

After a restart things are back to normal and so far all seems otherwise stable.

The Eye Control stuff looks pretty cool for disability assistance, but I couldn't help but notice that one of the devices supported is advertised as a Gaming Device

16257 works ok for me but one of the DLLs in iCloud or iTunes is disliked by Windows...to the extent that iCloud won't re-install after being deleted.

What ever happened to a tweet by 8:00AM PST if there was not going to be a build. MS is loosing credibility as each day passes. They come out with a skip ahead when they can't even get the RS3 build out.. In Builds.feed they only show 1 build. They used to have many. This is all BS. There is a major issue that is going to stop this FCU. Even their naming convention is F'ed up.

No doubt they are doing some one handed juggling with a lot of balls in the air at one time, but.....
These blocking bug issues are a common excuse I suspect they use whenever their potential release actually doesn't contain much in the way of fixes to existing problems, so they put it off for a while with the same lame excuse.
Personally, I could use some time in between builds and frankly.... weekly was becoming a bit of a P. I. T. A.

Judging by comments from users receiving normal updates (albeit earlier than usual) I'm wondering if the real reason there was no insider release last week was owing to the possibility they are trialing updates on the general population with patches to prepare them for the Fall update.

Kinda what I was wondering too.
There will likely be some updates for 1703 / 15063 that will likely be expressly for prepping it for the Fall Cumulative Update, but I haven't seen any info or hints on that, and.....
With the release date rumored in late September, which I suspect is more likely going to be October it may be early yet.
In short.... IDK but it's certainly possible.

They were talking about another build today, but evidently another bug has delayed that as well.
Maybe tomorrow.

They do not havwe any idea of what they are doing. If they release the FCU in September it will have more bugs in it that a swamp in the Everglades.

The Fall Creators Update may have to be Changed to The Winter's Creators Update, I am so glad to be out of this...
