I had to chuckle at the unfortunate abbreviation in the link "Windows sex" Lol. Now Microsoft are really getting into Apps!!

 

[Trouble]

They had to jump on this build release due to the previous build(s) 16288 or 16291 resulting in some bricking of Surface Pro 3 devices.... Ooops

If Surface Pro 3 users are not willing to go through the above process, then Microsoft has already got a permanent fix for the issue which will be made available in the next flighted build to be released soon with version 16294 or higher
