Can Not Get Window Live To Work Properly

I am working on WINDOW LIVE MAIL. I cannot get it to work properly. I have load it and unistall and it keeps doing the same thing. It will send and recive, when I shut down I get this message.(enclosed) If insert a picture it will not send it and when I go to shut down it says you have a full out box would like to send and if I say yes, it does not do any thing. I think it has something to do with the smtp...not sure I am not that good and this( I might be to old, 80) if you can help be specific

While I've used Windows Live Mail (with Gmail & pop3) for years (with windows 7, then windows 10), I recently switched to the Windows 10 Mail app which is good enough for me.
