SOLVED Cannot Get the Windows Defender Update

I have tried for several days to update Windows Defender. I keep getting this error.• Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.207.1462.0) - Error 0x8007064

I am running Build 10547. Any ideas?

Never mind. I got it working, For some unknown reason Windows Defender was turned off. Turning it back on allowed it to update ok.
