Cannot log in to App store

When I try to log in I get message must enable cookies. I have my cookies enabled, but it does not work.

When you do try to log in do you see a little bar come up at the top or bottom with an x click that and you should get in

No. I forgot to mention this happens when I try to use Windows Edge. Tells me that cookies are not enabled, but they are.

There has to be something wrong as I don't have IE11 only Edge and I get in ok
