cannot see picture just sound.

hi can anyone help me please. i have installed windows 10 on 2 of my devices desktop and a nano pc both previous windows 7 pro 64bit. the problem im getting is when i go to bbc news or sky news and try and watch a news video i can only hear the sound but no picture even on facebook the same no pictures. i have checked that adobe flash is installed and is. google everything plays ok just firefox and edge will not play picture . if any one can give me some pointers to fix this issue ide be most happy . regards

no never fixed the issue. changed back to windows 7 . no problems with win 7 for me.
