SOLVED Cant change Optical Drive Letters Win 10

My D: and E: drives are reversed.

I changed them in Disk Management to the proper one by reassigning D: to P and E: to Q, then reassigning D: to D: and E: to E:

When I check them in This PC (Computer Icon now) they show correct but when I eject D: E: ejects and E: ejects when I eject
D:

Would someone please advise me what I did wrong. I followed google instructions which is exactly how you change drive
letters in all other Windows O/S.

I am completely cazy. I know what I did, I changed them right back like they were. I have them fixed now.
