Can't delete a File

Hello,

A few days ago, i recorded something with "vlc media player". Now i wanted to delete this file, but when i press the Delete Button, nothing happens. If i want to rename it, the Explorer crashes. If i click right and choose "delete" nothing happens. No "fail-message", nothing.

What can i do?

Try a program that's quite user friendly called "Unlocker" http://filehippo.com/download_unlocker/ Once installed I am sure it's just a case of going to the file in question, right clicking it and choosing Unlocker from the menu, then action required, delete! simples!
