When I try to empty the recycle bin I get this Explorer.exe error: "This file does not have a progream associated with it for this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Program control." It seems as though the recycle bin program has been corrupted somehow. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thank You.

Typically, my go to solution for this kind of thing is a System Restore, to a point in time prior to the problem's first occurence, if that is an option.
