Can't Install Software

I tried to install software drivers for my linsys AE 6000 wireless AC adapter I keep getting an error stating software not trusted installation blocked by administrator I am the administrator Help!

Additionally my wireless adapter does not identify my 5 GHZ frequency only the 2.4 GHZ I did not have theses problems prior to upgrading from windows 8.1 to windows 10.

Please help
