can't use Edge/Bing after KB3124200 update

After installing KB3124200, Edge with Bing wouldn't work anymore for four days now. The message is always "hmm, we can't reach this page." Facebook, Twitter, mail, Opera, news and other apps are ok. Tried resetting but still the same. Tried reverting to previous build, same problem. Tried system restore (early December), same problem. Tried installing Edge reinstall package, same problem. My two daughters' laptops have the same problem also with Edge/Bing after KB3124200. Any solution? Our laptops are currently on win 10, 1511 v10586.36.
