Certain programs not opening with startup

Hey all!

So I'm having a weird issue here. Did a fresh install of windows 10 and everything was going great. However when I installed Steam and Skype I ran into an issue. Neither of those programs will launch at startup. Anyone have a similar issue? Everything else will launch at startup fine except those two.

I've looked everywhere but have had no luck finding an answer. This had happens sketch windows 8 and EVGA precision not launching at startup but it randomly worked one day. So I'm not totally sure.

Any help would be amazing! ;)
