Configuring User Accounts

I have repeatedly tried to get my folders on the disk drive to agree with User Accounts setup in Control Panel.
I deleted "owner" and created a Test on the disk with the owners name, "CAG".
The "test" file has the correct name on it but User Accounts still has "test" while Control panel has "CAG".
How can I get them to be the same?

[Trouble]

You can rename a user account, but.....
The profile folder will always keep the original name.
If you want the two to match, then you need to pick a user name when you create the new account and the respective profile folder will be created with that name, the first time that user logs into the computer.
