Control Panel ghost icons

Does anyone know how to remove these 4 icons ?
They don't have any description when going over with the mouse; creating a shortcut on the desktop goes to nowhere.

Does anything significant open if you click them? Try clicking to small icons or category, and then back to large, just to see if it shifts them.

It doesn't open anything.
I switched between categories and large icons and nothing changed.

I ran some registry cleaners to look for empty keys without success. I searched in the registries the description of other icon (like Default Programs: "Choose what programs you want ..."), hoping I'll find those 4 empty links, but nothing seemed suspicious to me.
