Cumulative Update for initial Windows 10 build 10240

the recent release of the CU's even for the "no longer supported" Version 10240 did not work for me and my installation. Windows Update does not even find the KB4025338 but after download from the catalog and starting the update I get an error message saying " this update is not applicable for your computer" .

Maybe it has something to do with the SIZE of the update. While the previous CU KB4032695 (build 10240.17446) had a size of 1,106,415KB, the new one KB4025338 (build 10240.17488) is only 870,994KB in size (for the 64bit version, the 32bit is analog which is also not applicable).

Did MS mess up with those CU's ??

I'm seeing the following at the Catalog site - with different file sizes, so perhaps what you got was wrong.

Note: Those are LTSB downloads, i.e. Long Term Servicing Branch, and I may be mistaken, but I am pretty sure only users with the Enterprise edition can use an LTSB update.

Thats what I saw as well and that is where I got the CU.
This is the screenshot from the previous CU:

not much difference beside the size and the date. It also is for LTSB and it worked....
Gonna wait until next month to see if this version gets another CU or not.
