Cumulative update problem

Windows 10 multiple update installed on 1/12/17. I now have a "user does not have accesss privelages" message when opening an word 2007 document which has embedded macro.

Also have same error on previously created documents before update.

We are unable to restore system to pre update state.
Help please !

My first diagnostic would be to Copy the documents/files and try to open on a different computer. And I'd try a different OS/Operating System, I have Win7, Win10 RTM, Win10 IP, MacBook Pro with macOS and Linux Mint computers. All those have the free LibreOffice installed, can open most Office-format files except for Outlook [no comparable program in LO].
