SOLVED Cursor Color

Only black and white options are available to select cursor colors. Is it possible to have other colors?

What you see is what you get. I have black pointer on a black background screen it works well. What version of Windows are you running.

Windows 10 Home version. If it is possible to change in red color it will be conspicuous.

I have black on black and its conspicuous, at least to me. The pointer border highlights the cursor with a white border. I don't believe there's a color option.
Activating the pointer trails may make it more to your liking?

[Trouble]

You'll need a "dot cur" file (.cur) and you need to put it here
C:\Windows\Cursors
You can grab one you like from here
http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-set/different-colored-mouse-pointers
Save it to your desktop give it a name like red_arrow.cur
Then copy and paste it into the "Cursor" directory
Then just use the browse button and select it and you end up with this
