D Drive Isn't Showing Any DVDs or CDs In It

So the other day, I was able to play my CDs and DVDs just fine on my Toshiba (Windows 10). However when I turned it on today and tried, it wouldn't even show anything in the D drive, much less play it. I ran Command Prompt and it didn't show anything wrong with my computer. Help please.
