Every time I boot up ,a window appears that sys the data bases are obsolete. How do I rectify the problem?

This alert you are getting does it mention what applications database is obsolete?

At a guess it is likely referring to a third party security software / cleaning app you have installed; but it would help if you get let me know more details about this message you are seeing.
