Default webcam issue

Hi
I have a HP laptop/tablet hybrid on Windows 10. As it is a tablet, it has a webcam on both the front and back. When I use it for Skype or other similar applications, it defaults to the camera on the back, as in the one facing away from me and I can't figure out how to change this. Can anyone offer a solution? Ideally a way of changing a default setting so it picks the normal webcam orientation.
