Delivery optimisation in LAN not working

Hello

Delivery optimisation is activated on both Windows 11 machines in the LAN but no cached data is sourced locally.
I checked the systems with the Delivery Optimisation Troubleshooter.
The troubleshooter found a problem on one system: access to the DO cache. The access control of the folder looks ok to me.
See the picture for details.

Any hints how this problem can be solved?

go to control panel and find your network hardware, then run the trouble shooter. Go find another forum, sorry for your trouble.
