Since installing Windows 10 in place of Windows 8, I-tunes does not recognize my I-pod when I plug it in. Instead I get a message to "Scan and fix". How do I do this on Windows 10?

Turn off your computer and your iPod, then turn them on again. Check to make sure that you've installed all required updates for your computer.
